Customers can check the product in front of the delivery man while taking delivery by paying the delivery charge. The return of the products has to meet the conditions below according to the customer's claim. Details terms must be there when you claim any particular complaint. Please keep in mind that products need to check in front of the riders.

Not as advertised/picture- If the customer claimed that the product does not match the picture as advertised & description then you can return the product. The product needs to be in new condition and sealed. The product cannot be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn.  too.

Damage- When any customer claim product is damaged product does not need to be in new condition or sealed. But the customer must need to provide us with the product including warranty cards, manuals, tags, etc.). Please keep in mind that products need to check in front of the riders.

Defective (As per brand policy): If the customer claims the product is defective. The product does not need to be in new condition or sealed.

Wrong item delivered- If we deliver any wrong item product needs to be intact and in sealed condition. The product seal should not be broken EXCEPT for an item type that cannot be differentiated visually based on information provided on the box or packaging only. The product cannot be damaged. Please keep in mind that products need to check in front of the riders.

Missing parts/items- If the customer claims any missing parts customer has to check them in front of the rider. The product has to be in new condition. If the product remains unsealed it will be accepted.

Signs of usage- If the customer claims the product is used, he has to return the product Completely. This claim has to be done in front of the rider.

Electronics Items: If product has been received and has been unsealed, the respective items warranty policy will be in effect. No refund will be issued. The product will be sent to the supplier via ETCT authority. The supplier’s decision will be deemed final.

Clothing and Leather Items: Customer should place order according to the size charts mentioned on the product page. In case of wrong size of In Stock products, the replacement will be done by ETCT free of charge. If the product shows Available, the customer needs to send the package to ETCT office address and ETCT will provide an appropriate solution to the customer.

Note: The products need to be in fresh and unused condition. Customer needs to send proper packaging and box that came with the product. If any kind of tags were used in the products, they need to be attached with the product.

Doubts on the authenticity- If the customer has any complaint of authentication he must return the product including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.

What is the procedure to return a product?

You have 24 hours after item delivery, to notify us that you want to return your product. If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Service at 01933-828266 (Available from Saturday till Thursday; from 10am till 6pm. Except government holidays).

 Simply follow the 6 steps stated below:

Step 1: Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.

Step 2: Contact ETCT’s Customer Service to submit a complaint/request for return.

Step 3: Pack the product in a neat package directly drop off the product at the office premises or by post Sundarban Courier Service. ETCT will not bear the return charge.

Step 4: Your returned product will go through a quality check.

Step 5: If validated, you will get refund or product replacement. ETCT will hold the final decision in this matter.

 

How much time do you have to return a product?

Items sold on etct.com.bd can be returned within a period of 24 hours from the delivery date, provided they are eligible for return. For example: If you receive your product on the 5th of any month, you have time until the 6th of that month to contact ETCT’s Customer Service center. Customer Service agents are available from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, 6 days a week (except on Friday and national holidays e.g Eid).

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns past 24 hours of your product delivery, or if you do not have the original copy of the Customer Copy Invoice. If the nature of your complaint refers to damages, we advise you to check if your product has a warranty. Visit our Warranty Policy page for more details.

 Once your product is received by etct.com.bd, what are the checks being done?

Once your product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Control team. We will test whether the products fail to perform as you have claimed in your return form. We will also make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policy.

 

How to request a refund and what are the conditions?

Refunds are made only when the request is made within 24 Hours of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/intact condition to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.

 

How long does the validation or invalidation of the refund take?

This quality evaluation process takes at least 7 business days depending on the refund method. Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the quality evaluation.

 

How long ETCT will keep the Return/Servicing product?

ETCT will keep the product in their warehouse for at least 1 month. In between ETCT will attempt to deliver the product or customer can collect the product from ETCT office. If any customer failed to receive the product within 1 months then ETCT will not be responsible for the product.

 

What are the Refund Modes?

If the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support.

Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?

If you prefer to exchange your product, just let Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your product has been received, and we have looked into the availability of the requested product. But the product must be totally sealed/intact for any exchange.

If you choose a refund voucher, you can also use it to buy any product on etct.com.bd within the voucher amount.

 


If your returned product is not validated for return, how are you informed?

If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. You can still avail warranty if you have.
